We went to the Buddhist Temple earlier this month (as is @thuphamrealtor’s tradition), to welcome the lunar new year and to pray for positivity and prosperity in 2019. We reflected on the important facets of our lives, including the future of our business and partnership. This lead us to further contemplate health, well-being, friends, family, balance, and how nurturing these things will ultimately bring more success and happiness. We prayed for a progressive year for our team, and we realized that this means creating an environment and business where we can foster success for others. It looks like growth is on the horizon. ⛩🙏🏼 #staytuned
Love that local brands are having so much success here in Vancouver - especially when they create beautiful items for the home. These candles from @vancouvercandleco are lovely - and delicious. 👌🏼☺️🕯🌱 We spotted this one on tour at a home in Dunbar... we’re definitely adding these to our list of “special touches” we bring to spot-stage our listings. 🏠🌱 #westcoast #realtorlife
When home is a piece of art, it’s more than just your most valuable asset, but a space for peace, and a gift you can share with friends. 👌🏼😌👌🏼 This custom 2018-built home by @battersbyhowat and Georgie Award winning @naturalbalancehomes sold last year. We had the lucky opportunity to visit during @westernliving’s Modern Home Tour. This property is a wonderful example of innovative, modern, comfortable design focused on sustainability blended with aesthetics and functionality. #archilovers #realtorlife
Inspiration can come from anywhere - often from unexpected places. For us, we’re continuously moved by the beauty of our environment and the vibrancy of our city. From the right perspective, even street traffic can be cause for a moment of reflection. We took a trip together to Vietnam a few years ago, saw much of the beautiful country, and also visited several rural and government-run orphanages caring for many children who will likely have a rough go their entire lives. @thuphamrealtor’s aunt gives to these organizations regularly and introduced us to the chance to meet with them and offer something we could afford as a group. What does this have to do with anything? When we’re having a challenging day, perhaps late for a meeting and caught up in city traffic, it’s a moment for us to pause and think about how much gratitude we have that this is the type of thing that causes us grief. We recognize the cost of housing is a complex and difficult issue in Vancouver, but we also see so much opportunity and beauty here. Beyond the city lights we are blessed with clean water and accessible mountain ranges, and then of course we have our healthcare system, inherent human rights, and so much more. It may not always be easy - but it’s a good life. We owe it to ourselves and to all of the kids out there to make the best of it. 🙏🏼 We’ll be updating you soon with our plan to give back.
Working away on a Friday evening, and we are so excited about where we are at the present moment - it makes us want to share some good vibes. We’ve spent the last week diving deep in to the vision of our business, and it’s prompted a few new opportunities and has encouraged us to make some awesome connections. We’re also feeling even more clear about our “why”. We have a very positive energy and outlook about the rest of 2019. 🤗 That’s it! Wishing you a wonderful weekend. Happy Friday everyone. ☺️🙏🏼
Home is where the heart is. We hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day. 🏠💕 PS. Don’t you love this custom, hand-lettered welcome mat by @skytoseacreativeco? 🥰

It’s been a lovely (and chilly) week so far in Vancouver. @ashley_realtor + @thuphamrealtor have had a productive few days in #CoalHarbour with @themikeferryorganization coaching, networking with fantastic agents from across the Lower Mainland, active showings in the area, last night’s @realestateboardofgv Past Presidents dinner at the @panpacificvancouver, and an #ICD corporate director panel discussion this morning at the @vancouverclub. Can’t complain - been in a few minute proximity to the Olympic Cauldron and this beautiful view all week. One more day - should be a good one! ☺️👍🏼 #realtorlife
Rain or shine (or snow), always be on the lookout for a good deal. 🧐 #realtorlife If you’re thinking of buying real estate in the next 3-9 months, we recommend it’s worth being prepared and keeping your finger on the pulse of the market now (just in case the right property is already available - there’s some great opportunities out there).
